01. Job Vacancy : Sales Executive – Shipping Industry

As part of our expansion plan, we would like to invite passionate candidate to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initial stage, candidate will be assisting senior sales to prepare quotation
  • Once candidate possess necessary knowledge, he / she will be responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers by send quotation via email.
  • Communicate with oversea agents on quotation and solution
  • Maintaining existing business and exploring new opportunity.

 

Skills and Requirement

  • Diploma & above
  • Candidate who is good in email / tele-marketing skill is a high appreciated.
  • Good in follow up
  • Team player & good working attitude.
  • Those with knowledge in shipping industry is added advantage

03. Job Vacancy: Account cum Admin Assistant

Join Central Continent as Account Cum Admin Assistant in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Manage billing, accounts, records, and office administration.

Central Continent delivers trusted logistics solutions since 2011, specializing in sea freight, air freight, and integrated transportation services.

Job Descriptions:

  • Data entry of suppliers’ invoices into the SQL system
  • Update cash flow daily and handle monthly closing
  • Prepare Tax Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note for customers
  • Prepare payment vouchers & process supplier and ad-hoc payments
  • Maintain proper accounting files.
  • Manage general office administration & documentation
  • Handle company correspondence (email, letter, courier)
  • Maintain office supplies & liaise with vendors
  • Assist management in ad-hoc tasks when required

 Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma level or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding in SQL Accounting system would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken of English Language.
  • Meticulous and organized with strong numerical and analytical skills.

Join Central Continent as a Shipping Assistant in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our shipping operations and provide excellent customer service. You will ensure shipments are processed efficiently and inquiries are handled promptly.

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, shippers, and customers for smooth shipment operations.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and administrative tasks.
  • Handle full sea and air freight export/import documentation, including trucking.

Requirements:
